A clockstopper can stop Acedia x 10 ft worth of digital clocks at Purify The Wounded Earth 1, of pocketwatches at Purify The Wounded Earth 3, and any type of clock at Purify The Wounded Earth 4, or any wondrous clock with a successful Corrupt The Hated Enemy + Presence + Acedia roll….or, I guess, they could stop as many clocks as an angry mob can smash if they have enough ranks to summon an angry mob. That’s my take on the rulebook’s answer to this question, anyways
